I was looking for information on training a newfoundland. I found her site. Looked informative. Was promised an ebook and access to a membership website with purchase of 29.95. I received nothing. I paid through paypal and have my receipt. I have tried both contact numbers. Always goes directly to voicemail. Each had different area numbers. One actually had the "sulivans" name on the voice mail. No one responds to any emails to info@dogtraininginstitue.com. I receive the free short "tips" weekly telling me to buy product to learn more. Well, already did over a month ago and doesn't matter. I checked the site again and noticed now they ask for 59.00 for same product. DON"T BE FOOLED!!! I am discusted that I trusted them.
