Complaint Review: NAncy's Pizza-Palatine IL

They send us coupons in the mail, then we call to place an order and they say that they don't deliver to that area. That's fine, just don't send me coupons any more. They say Ok, and then we keep getting coupons in the mail. We call to order and they say that they can't deliver to us. Just stop sending me coupons then. Don't get me wrong Nancy's pizza is great, but the owner of the place is really rude. He ended up hanging up on us and said he didn't have time to talk to us. Not the way a business should be run, especially in this economy.
