Ms. Nanette Franko is a awful renter whom never paid rent on time, would skip paying the rent 2 months at a time. She is a habitual liar. There were holes in the wall, human waste on the floors, pet waste on the floors, toilets were broken floors torn up.
She continues to owe money, and left a very large dumpster full of junk for us to clean. She was evicted from her last residence before renting from me, I had to evict her. Whom ever gave her a place to live now, god be with you.
