Then we made a larger wire transfer to this company for USD47,160.20 but now they are saying there is a legal case they are involved in and as such cannot send our goods or return our funds. When I ask for paperwork confirming that there is indeed a case pending they get very aggressive and provide nothing.
The company owner is now saying that we should do what we need to do and that if we want our money back we should earn it by trading more with them!
