Complaint Review: napa auto southport north carolina

Asked for transmission fluid for 1990 ford 5 speed f 250  the guy said it neaded this sinthetic gear oil wich resulted in a blown transmition. it cost seventeen hundred and loss of work totaling twelve thousand dollars no christmas. upon returning to the store one year later on my way south the same guy said why shuld he care its not his truck  still geting the run arround. have called napa and goten no results is this napa know how  I need help this devistated me  is there a loyer that can help
