When I was solicited on December 28, I was told that my membership would begin on January 15th. I was also told that I would have a 30-day review of the membership materials and I would receive these membership materials in 10-14 days. After this phone transaction, I received the membership materials 30 days later (on January 27th).I enrolled with this company to receive health insurance.

In order to do this I gave them a post dated check. Our family came into some financial problems, so I called to cancel our withdraw from our account. They told me their would be no problem that it was taken care of. In addition, they told me that they had just switched company's that were tacking care of their accounting and they did not find us in the computer anywhere.

I thought that it would be ok and that it was cancelled. This was on January 2, 2006. On January 17, I received an overdraft notice and could not figure out why. I also received our bank statement and when I opened it, I found out that on 1-10-2006 they took $454.95 out of our account. I called them they told me that they were having problems with there accounting. I was told the money would be refunded within 30 days.

Yea right! On February 2, 2006, they took out $454.95 again. I called back and then I was told they had no records of money being taken out of our account. I faxed them a copy of the bank statements. Finally, in the middle of February they said we were approved for our refund, but it could take up to 90 days. Today is May 17, 2006 I tried to call and find out were our case was and now all of their phone numbers have been disconnected.

How can people sleep at night doing this to honest hardworking people? Oh yea and on February 20, 2006 they tried to take it out again, but I got smart and went to the bank and put a stop on the transactions from them. I still have not received a dime and they cost me $160.00 in overdraft charges. I would like to hear what anyone has to say in response to this matter.
