Bringing car in to be repaired I Asked to call my extended warranty service to find out if th replacing of a cam sensor & wiring would be covered under my extended warranty. When they called me to explain problem, again I asked the same question, they told me no.
The next day I called my extended warranty company and they told me that the service that I had done was indeed covered under my plan. This is not the first time I have had problems with this service department. But to be lied to is something I will not tolerate.
I will never advise anyone to go to this service department for repairs. I literally fought with the guy at the service department for 20 minutes on the phone. There are no apologies nothing.
Dodge is not one of my favorite automobiles and I will not purchase another one. The inconvience that I had to go through to receive my refund from the extended warrantly was ridiculous. The service before this last on this service department called the warranty company and they paid it with a credit card.
