Napleton's Acura of Palm Beach Honda Trust Lease fraud, bait and switch, deceptive trade practices palm beach florida
I contacted Napleton's Acura of Palm beach about a 2012 RDX advertise online. I received a call back the night before schedule appointment confirming availability of the vehicle. I arrived the next morning at schedule appointment to be informed vehicle was sold. I was instructed to complete a credit report.
I was advised if I purchase a 2013 RDX I could receive a lower interest rate at 6 percent. I test drive a 2013 and agreed to purchase. I was instructed to wait while finance department submitted application to numerous banks. I waited over three hours and upon leaving the finance manager Jeff Young stated he applied to numerous banks credit was denied.
I informed him I always paid last vehicle on time with 25 percent extra each month. The finance manager again repeated he applied to numerous banks credit denied only choice was to lease. I did not receive any letters of denials for credit within a few weeks. I check my credit report to realize the staff at dealership did not apply to numerous banks only Honda Trust Lease.
I contacted Honda Trust Lease to be informed the dealership never applied for financing 2013 RDX only leasing a new vehicle. Consumers have the right to purchase the vehicle of choice without dealership using fraud, bait and switch to remove new vehicles that can not sale to compete with other brands. I recently found out the staff at dealership was so busy with bait and switch they send in the wrong vin number to a different color vehicle on the premises.
The dealership received a buyer for the vehicle two months afterwards then knowingly took the vin number from my vehicle to get the other consumers vehicle register. My insurance USAA military insurance cancel my insurance due to the dealership knowingly having me driving a vehicle for over five months not legally register to me.
The finance department fraud me into leasing with bait and switch fail to inform me their deceptive trade practices would cause me to lost my insurance with a company my family was insured through over eight years. I am disheartened Honda Trust Lease are aware of Napleton's Acura deceptive trade practices while allowing it to continue as long as they receive a substantial profit with consumers getting scam. I received a copy of a lease application with incomplete inaccurate information that I had no knowledge of.

I wish I had met your acquaintance before I visited the dealership. I was not aware of their shady reputation. I am a prior owner of a Acura TSX and was in need of a larger vehicle as a SUV. I viewed the dealership ad online and of course they pulled the bait and switch. You are definitely familiar with their tactics. I just was not aware until I experience it.
I filed a complaint with the attorney general to prevent other consumers from being fraud. The attorney general office are aware of the dealership deceptive trade practices but fail to investigate the dealership. My desire was to purchase a older vehicle definitely not lease a new vehicle. I initially contacted the dealership about their 2012 RDX advertise online. I assumed I was purchasing from a reputable dealership selling Acuras.
I am not from the area and traveled from another county to purchase. The finance department Jeff Young was adamant he submitted my credit application to numerous banks and I was denied credit. My only option was to lease a new vehicle. I did repeatedly question how it could be possible because my last vehicle was paid on time with 25 percent extra each month. I did not have any channels to utilize to realize I was being defrauded to remove the new vehicles that do not sale from the premises.
I become suspicious upon not receiving letters of denials for credit. I checked my credit report to realize the finance department only applied for a lease with Honda Trust fail to apply to numerous banks. Honda Trust Lease was the only financial institution the finance department submitted the application with. I contacted Honda Trust Lease confirming the finance department did not apply for financing for older vehicle only to lease new vehicle with them.
I initially accepted leasing the new vehicle because finance manager said only choice because of the denial of credit from numerous banks. I was not aware I was being scam by con men at a dealership with past victims of fraud. The dealership staff actions are unethical and criminal. I fail to understand how their actions are allowed to continue other than the fact it is a large dealership. They focus on smaller dealerships while Napleton's Acura staff actions are allowed to continue.
The dealership staff was so busy with bait and switch they submitted wrong vin number to a different color SUV. The staff sold the vehicle two months afterwards then submitted the vin number from the vehicle I am in possession of to get the other consumer vehicle register. The dealership staff knowingly had both of the vehicles not legally register for over five months, upon my insurance company USAA becoming aware of their fraudulent actions with vehicles not legally register over five months my insurance was cancel.
My family was with USAA over eight years. I received a copy of my file from Honda Trust Lease with documents I had no knowledge of that staff at Napleton's Acura submitted that was inaccurate and incomplete. The dealership staff actions will continue frauding consumers. I am notifying other consumers in an effort to prevent them from being a victim because if I was aware it was past victims of their fraudulent actions I would not have answer their online ad.

Napleton is WELL KNOWN in the business. among consumer affairs organizations and the regulators to be one of the slimiest chains in the business. Not only are the defrauding people using various techniques but they are very well known for their BOGUS, ADD-ON, PHONEY FEES. Did you check your paperwork for them?
First question...why in the world would you ever even consider going to a place like this where the staff is choking on the stench of their own lack of honesty and integrity. Second question... why on earth would you ever consider getting into a CAR FLEASE? No matter how much of a great deal the salesman says it is, it is ALWAYS a great deal for them and an exceedingly putrid deal for you!
