 Auto repaired, the repairman forgot to connect odometer. Got this fixed. I requested one of the two issues identified be fixed, the advisor ignored my request and fixed both for a total of $1819.28.

I was advised of a core charge refund that I am due upon returning the core taken out of the car, Upon the return of the core, I was told Accounting was closed for the day and a refund will be processed the next day when accounting resumes work. Two weeks later, I called asking about my core charge refund, and now have to talk to 4 different individuals asking for the box that the part came in, though it was delivered to them and installed by their technician. My question was, if this was a problem, why did it require a call from me to identify. My position is that on the next day when accounting resumed work and an attempt was made to post a refund, I should have received a phone call about a problem. The manager's position changed and he started to suggest that I was advised of the problem, or the staff was getting ready to depart for the day. Whatever, his excuse was, I would not be calling back 2-weeks later if at any point in the process, I was advised of a problem.

 This folks claimed they have worked here a long time, but the customer service practices are deceptive to say the least and outright fraudulent. Stay away from this shop. Find another dealership to buy from and/or get services from.
