Complaint Review: Naptag

Naptag Suzanne & Jen sent a product that did not match the online picture. She said it was our fault not theirs Belmont Michigan

We purchase 138 locker tags from Naptag online.  We selecte the color of the plate and font from the picture that was display online.  When we received the tags the print was so light that you could only see the number that was printed on the tag if you stood directly in front and at eye level.  We returned the tag and asked them to reprint the number so they could be seen.  Jen our first contact gave me the run around and told me that once the order was place they had no further responsibility. 

After several email and phone conversations I asked to speak to a manager or the owner.  Suzanne did call me back and told me that Naptag had no further responsiblity as they printed the tag the way it was ordered.  She was rude, curt and defient.  I explained that the tag on line showed the number very clearly but the tags we received did not show the number clearly.  She told me that I needed to take responsibility for the selection and hung up.  We have returned the merchandise and will dispute the charges with our bank.  I would not recommed doing business with Naptag!!!  Buyer be ware!!
