Lee Partee of Naranza Capital partners collected $140,000.00 in fees for a commercial loan and a Private Placement Memorandum. Lee Partee issued my company a letter of commitment to fund a loan with countersigning all requirements for funding to be completed. The loan has not been funded nor the money returned for not meeting his contractual obligations.

Lee Partee has never closed a commercial loan and has portrayed himself as a lender. According to the FBI, collecting fees and presenting oneseif as the actual lender without having access to confirmed funds is illegal. Lee Partee and Naranaza Capital Partners have not funded the approved loan to date, and has no intention or ability to fund the loan.

Lee Partee also portrayed himself as a broker dealer able to collect money via a Private Placement Memorandum. Lee Partee is not a broker dealer and is not licensed by the SEC for such actitivites. Lee Partee has broken the contract regarding the PPM, but has neither produced a viable PPM nor has he returned our money for having a US legal PPM.

Lee Partee is portraying himself on Fox News as a commercial real estate expert. Lee has never closed a commercial loan and is a fee collector with no ability to fund any loan.
