We went to purchase a front door for our house. When we get there the happened to be a door to fit our opening perfectly. Awesome we thought, one month to Oder the impact sidelights and would be ready for installation. After a month came & went the excuses started. The side lights made were not the correct size so they needed to put the order in again. Another month & side lights still not in.

Then they finally came in & they call to set up apt to install. Once we go to inspect the door before installation. Door was full of nicks & dents. We postponed the installation waiting for the door to be repaired. Story after story from they fired the painter, couldn't find a qualified painter, the painter is working on it, it'll be ready next week, no One returns phone calls, wasted time & gas checking the progress of the doors......

I can go on & on only to say that still 7 months later the door is still not ready to be installed. I hope no one else has to go through this disappointing journey. Pick another company. After doing research unfortunately after the fact I read the same exact story as mine over & over. Thankfully i have only lost time but i hope to be able to avoid another homeowner this mission I have been on!

I had the same experience with Nas Doors. It took 18 months for them to install my door after paying the deposit. Multiple excuses from the company about delays. You can only be told that the door will arrive next month for a few months before realizing you are being lied to. One excuse after another. They refused to refund my deposit. Door was installed and cracked within 2 months. Called for a repair and no on responded. Having learned my lesson from the 18 months prior to the door going in, after 3 weeks of unanswered requests for repair I sued Nas Doors.

The stipulation said that they had two weeks to repair the door. Two weeks came and went, two no show appointments for repair. I called and they asked for one more chance to repair the door. Finally someone came to repair the door. It looked far worse after the repair. I now have a horrific door to look at every time I walk into the house. The second part of the judge's stipulation said that if I was not satisfied with the repair Nas would have to replace the door by Jan 1. Today is March 23rd. Guess what? Still no door. When I call Nas they say that they can't find an order for a replacement door.

This is after they showed up in court twice and hired an attorney to represent them. In the ultimate act of carma, the lawyer was a no show until after the judge had resolved the case. Clearly no one associated with Nas doors has a clue. Nonetheless, I still have a hideous door to look at until I hire an attorney to chase down the money owed to me.

I only hope that if you are reading this that you haven't given Nas doors any of your money yet. Do not do business with Nas Doors. They are criminals.
