Bought a 2002 Dodge Durango from Nashville Dodge and was told it had gone through the 125 point inspection that they do on their used cars.

When I got it home the next day I checkes it out to see what it needed. It needed new shocks, new hub bearing assembley, and none of the fluidsd had been changed or checked.

I talked to Grace McIntosh and she said that wasnt right and she would look into it for me. The service manager called me to let me know that they just did a safety inspection to it and if I wanted they would do the regular 125 point insection on it if I brought it to them.

Well by this time I had already fixed what needed to be fixed. The other explanation I received was it as probally going to auction. I wrote the manager of the store and sent in pictures of what was wrong and a spark plug t hat was burnt down to .80 gap when it should be at .40. I got the return receipt back from the certified letter but of course no response from him.

I also wrote the chrysler home telling about this but of course I received the return receipt back and no call or letter from them.

All I got to say, " They want all of this money for a bail out so they can screw the customers more?" Sorry more need for this money.

I will have to say that Grace McIntosh is a wonderful person to work with!
