I ordered tickets for my wife and grand daughter to see Cinderella at the 5th Ave Theater in Seattle.  I purchased the tickets on line from SecureBoxOffice.com, who in turn purchased them from Nashville Ticket Company.   I recieved a confirmation and email saying I would be guaranteed tickets, that I had purchased the tickets .

I was told they would ship via Federal Express on Dec 3 and I would have them in plenty of time for my event on Dec 10.
We ordered a Limo, bought new dresses, made dinner arrangments for the wife and granddaughter.   They were very excited and waited and talked about it all from July to December.  When I didnt get the tickets I was told by SecureBoxOffice.com.   Sorry, contact Visa or NTC.  NTC does not answer any email  or phone.  Visa tells me Im too late, it is past the 120 days.  In the mean time as far as IM concerned SecureBoxOffice and NTC both scammed another consumer, got our money and wont do anything about it.

How about my granddaughter not getting to go to Cinderella.  Can you believe it.
