Complaint Review: Nastydress.com

Nastydress.com charged my credit card immediately after I placed my order but over month later they have not sent goods Internet

I odered 3 pieces of clothing from them on 2/10/2016.  My credit card was charged immediately.  2 weeks later when I did not receive any shipping information from them I checked the status of my order and it was saying "processing". 

I requested information from their support on the reasons of the delays.  Their reply was "As the hot selling and large demand for the items, we need some time to replenish stock. The items you ordered will be available for shipping around Mar.2nd after the quality test." 

I gave it until 3/7/2016 and checked on the status of my order again.  This time I received the following reply: "we need some time to replenish stock. The item will be available for shipping around 2016-03-21 after the quality test."

This time I gave up on being nice and called my bank to stop the transaction.  This morning 3/9/2016 I received one more reply from them: "We are arranging your refund of now.  Please allow 7 to 25 working days for the transaction to appear in your credit card account. This delay entirely depends on your credit card and its intermediaries.  Please kindly contact your Credit Company any queries regarding the refund after the timeframe stated above." 

I would like to make sure that companies like that that thrive on ripping off their customers will be punished for what they are doing.
