The agent, Natalia Tiutiuma dba Natalie's Travel operating in Portland/Clackams OR, at the time of purchase has demanded that I pay in cash for my airfare saying that airline does accept take a credit card transactions. I paid $1579.30 for my sister's airfare ticket. Then in May of 2010 I received a call from Natalie's travel notifying me that airline has cancelled the flight. I have requested refund as it was not my fault that the flight was cancelled and my sister could not travel on the scheduled day. Natalia said that she was not sure if the airline will refund my money... Then I lost contact with the agent. She would not respond on my calls nor emails and did not return my calls. I had to contact the wholesaler, Travel International, and their owner - Scott - stated that his company has not received the refund. I contacted then the airline - Cirrus/Lufthansa-directly and they sent me two confirmations in writing that the cost for my tickets was refunded back to the agency on 06/17/10. It's the end of July today and I still have not heard back from Natalie's Travel and I still have not received my refund.
