Natalie's Wee Yorkies Sells sick dogs and puppies with genetic defects Internet
I saw a cute ad for one of Natalie's puppies. I e-mailed her and was told she was still available. I called about mailing out a deposit and was told the price had raised $500 more than she told me because she just couldn't go as low because of how much her puppies were in demand. This was $4,000 now $4,500. Which I will tell you is a couple months of our income but I wanted a yorkie for over a decade and saved and saved. I mailed out my money. Then a few weeks go by and I'm called to be told my puppy is getting larger than she expected so she's going to give me a more expensive puppy instead and sends me pictures(this one was on her site for $6,000). I'm thrilled. A couple days go by and she calls and tells me that she can't sell me that one because someone will pay MORE for it and that the original puppy is now slowing down in growth. I express my hurt saying that's not fair at all. She says she will still sell me the more expensive prettier smaller one. More time goes by(she keeps the puppies till they're a couple months old because of their size) and I'm then told my puppy had passed away, she had a bad bunch of vaccinations. BUT she has another one that is just what I'm looking for. That's the one I ended up with. Lots of flags but she had my money and I've waited so long, I'd been scammed before and honestly, my heart couldn't take the let down anymore. If ANYONE says she's not in it for the money, read the above and then tell me different.
Fast forward to getting my puppy and I'm told she had a problem with her tail but it's clearing up but it's bald and the hair will grow back. She is cute as a button. Then we all catch ringworm. She has a small cough but that goes away.
She was the love of my life(besides kids and hubby) but she did have some small problems. She had a cottony coat, constant bad breath, and now I find out AAI, which is why she only lived to 5. I did let Natalie know and her reply was that it must have not been that bad since she lived that long. She did offer me a puppy for $800. I can't risk that heartbreak again. AAI is genetic.
I found references to many many health problems with her dogs and references to being told they should pay more. She almost went out of business once. Don't let anyone tell you it's not a money making venture. Also in researching her I have found two cases of AAI, liver shunt, ringworm, kennel cough, giardia, deaths, growing much larger than she promises and not being of breeding quality when sold as such.

I posted a list of people's complaints in this report. Her puppies bloodlines are sadly all over the U.S. Even in California. Below is a link to even more complaints about her:

I purchased a Yorkie not from Natalie....but someone who lists a referral to her on her website. I am concerned. I am also concerned because 1 of the puppies I almost purchased was cross listed on Natalie's website. I DO NOT want a puppy from Natalie's breeding program, nor loosely associated with it -given the depth, breadth and consistency of problems and sick puppies I have read about....even with a vet letter about an open fontanel to boot. No this is cruel, and inhumane. I trust my breeder....she is very nice and I hope and pray she is no working with this person. However, I did get my puppy with giardia and ringworm....2 constant complaints on Natalie's website. To the writer who says she has list of names of people who have sick or dead puppies from Natalie...please contact me. I am in the State of California, the San Fernando Valley...and hope her puppies have not found their way...nor her genetics...here. If so, I am willing to deal with this proactively through the strong system we have set up here which guards fiercely against malicious breeding and "lemon puppies". Again...I reallly like my breeder. She seems nice and honest. I want to make sure I am not dealing with Natalie's Yorkies in any way form, nor fashion. We love our new yorkie....and any shenanigans linked to her will not be tolerated..and she can save the Scripture, as well.
Thank you, in advance.

She did not develop a problem after 5 years, if you read my complaint she had health problems from the very beginning and was actually a replacement for the puppy that died before it ever got old enough to send, Cinderella. My puppy came to me with problems and only lived to 5 because of my intense love and care for her. She eventually had to be put to sleep due to her malformed spine and AAI at the end.
In fact, I just found another lady whose dog had to have expensive surgery and was told by Natalie that it was the first time she had ever heard of this problem with her linage. I contacted Natalie years ago, another puppy she replaced years before for the same reason. Veterinarians dont lie, bad breeders do.

First, in reading your post, I have to say I am always a bit confused when someone refuses to reveal their name. It is as though they are ashamed.
Second, as the owner of many yorkies from different breeders, no dog is warrantied for life. Most genetic problems show up in the first year or two at the most. Just as with humans, things happen. If we have a child that develops a health problem, we don't go back and try to blame the grandparents. At least logical people don't.
Some of my yorkies are less than perfect, so I take care of them.
Third, I used to go to yorkietalk looking for advice. I rarely posted because I was trying to learn. I have to say, I have deleted it from my browser. I have found so many false claims, vindictive comments, and utterly cruel things on that forum. Please do not trust what you see there.
Whatever health problem you pup has developed after five years, is sad. NO one wants that to happen, but it does. You just do the best you can to care for them.

I have facts, dates and reports. Not just my own but of many others.
Natalie provides insults and projected feelings of mine.
I encourage everyone who reads this report to read the links and the facts and judge for yourself. Also, I have exact details of other cases if you are considering purchasing from this breeder. Please do yourself a favor and buy from someone else. This breeder couldn't tell you anything about this dog because she sells so many of them that she doesn't know one from the other. Heck, in her own rebuttal she couldn't accurately tell you how old my girl was. Sad that they are so replaceable to her. You couldn't pay me to own another one of her animals and I declined any "discounted" ones she offered me.
I now have a wonderful 6 month old maltese to keep my 7 year old yorkie(who was not purchased from Natalie) company. My past pets have all lived from 12-15 years.
As I've said many times, PLEASE read the facts about her breeding program and genetic problems as included in the links. Facts are just that, facts...not opinions.

People who condemn other people and make fun of other are people who do not want to take a good look at themselves. Or most likely it's what they are doing themselves. They live in a negative world with no happiness in there lives and missory loves company. I am sorry you are so unhappy So Sad. I pray god will bring you much joy and happiness in your life.

The dog was NOT 6, the dog did not fall of the couch. Natalie shame on you!
It was genetic and my vet records prove it, not your word, which is worth nothing.
Natalie has had lots of bad genetics in her lines, this one included:

Anyone can e-mail me, I have a whole list of unhappy customers with dogs/puppies that died way too young from her lines. HEALTH problems, not accidents. This was not an accident, it was bad breeding from a greedy person.

Hello I am Natalie and it is so sad when people have to blame other people for there mistakes. Laura's dog was 6yrs old and fell off her coach or bed. Dogs do not develope AAI lux at 6yrs old it is detected when they are 5 to 6 months old. I am very sorry for your loss Laura. I guess if you have to blame someone for your loss it may as well be me.
I would be very happy to have anyone come to my home and inspect me and my yorkies.
