Natalie Senturk booked an order with my auto transport brokerage company to have a  2007 Honda Civic picked up from her in Madison, CT and delivered to Laura Antenucci in Shaker Heights, OH. I promptly found her a carrier (S&G America Transport Inc) with no negative ratings whatsoever on their Central Dispatch profile, for an excellent price ($400 C.O.D. plus I heavily discounted my broker's fee from the usual $250 all the way down to $150 just to help Natalie out).

Today, 12/2/20, Natalie called and emailed me as to the delivery status of her car as she hadn't been able to reach the carrier who also did not initially answer the phone when I called as well. I finally made contact with a friend of the carrier's who advised that the car was already delivered and the carrier then marked the status as "delivered".

Natalie sends me a rude and arrogant email complaining about my service. She forgot to mention the following:

Natalie, being the incredibly dense millenial that she is, NEVER bothered to check with Laura as to the delivery status, nor did Laura bother to contact Natalie confirming same. Instead, Natalie proceeded to attempt to talk over me (I hate when people do this) and blame me for the carrier's not responding to her phone inquiries. She also sent me a very nasty and defamtory e-mail, accusing my company of having false positive reviews. I replied with an email advising her that I would be letting everyone know MY side of the story on this website which is a very good one for reporting deadbeat, rotten customers.

To any and all business owners out there, if you wish to have your day ruined and your time wasted, then Natalie is the perfect customer for your business to accommodate you in this regard. However, if you are seeking a smooth business transaction and want peace and tranquility, then avoid this pain in the butt millenial customer with an entitlement attitude and zero common sense. I am so glad to finally get this idiot out of my life once and for all. Good riddance.
