Complaint Review: Natashi Draper (aka Tashi)

We took a chance and hired Natashi (Tashi) Draper to work in our offices here in Houston, TX.  This black woman presented herself professionally during her interview and for the first week of employment.   

Slowly the appearance started to change.  The nose ring, the God awful nails and the trailer trash hooker looking clothes started to make their way into the office.  This is not what we hired.  Her work was OK at first but gradually diminished into sluggish effort at best with many excuses about "not feeling well".  

As her 90 day mark approached the management decided she was not worth keeping.  We told her "today is your last day" on a friday and handed her the last paycheck.  When our manager in the office was distracted by an urgent business call, Natashi put two laptops in her oversized handbag as well as 50 hanging file folders with important business client information.   When our manager got off the phone and realized she was gone, we filed a police report.  

Lesson learned.  Without video evidence the police were unwilling to do anything. Total loss. Our reputation with those clients was irreparably damaged.   

We believe she is a notary in the area and warn that any business that has ties with this women are putting themselves in jepardy.   Be careful.   She is a nightmare.
