Complaint Review: Nate Kennedy Real Estate Money Matrix

I can not believe this scam is still going!!??? How is this not being shut down? First of all they quote that if you find a property that is under 70% ltv they they will give you 5k for it because they will sell it to their buyers. Really what they do is post it on zillow to snake your deal. Second of all, when you do a have a property posted on there program, they do not respond to you. It does not matter if it is a clean deal, million dollar deal, they do not respond to you, if you ask for a refund they are going to respond to you in a email that says you are outside the refund policy requirements and then you get get cut-off. I listen to this guy try to up sell everything to the point where he mentioned that someone could be his personal apprentice for like 50k? That is insane, It is like the guy is panicking for money. I can not believe that the feds have not shut this down. This is just wrong.
