Complaint Review: NATE MCCLINTON BEVERLY HILLS LUXURY CAR BROKERS

I was first contacted by Nate McClinton dba Beverly Hills Luxury Car Brokers ("BHLCB") in August 2008 when I placed an ad on Craigslist looking for someone to take over my car lease.

Nate represented that he owned a lease/loan acquisition company that takes over leases.  He represented that BHLCB legally contracts with the owner and the pre-screened qualified buyer, with verified sufficient income, takes over existing lease payments, properly insures and registers subleased vehicles with DMV.  He also represented that all payments would be made within 24 hours of the payment due date, regardless of the performance of the buyer.

In September 2008, I entered into an agreement to place my Lexus RX350 with Nate McClinton and his client. 

The first and last car payment was 29 days late and the car has now been missing for over a year.  Turns out that Nate allowed someone other than the person on the contract take the car without my permission or knowledge. 

My present attempts to contact Nate have been futile. 

I read another report which I believe is accurate regarding Nate and I'm ready to communicate with the author/victim to come to together to fight this injustice.
