Complaint Review: Nathan Traders D/b/a/ Citibags.com

I purchased a designer-style bag and wallet from this company on-line on 1/24/07. The charge immediately posted to my Visa and I received an e-mail from Citibags.com customer service confirming my order & ship time of 5-7 days. It is now 10 days later and I have left multiple e-mail requests to them with their "Live Chat" service,(which is ALWAYS OFFLINE), to provide me with shipping status and have now asked them to cancel my order due to breach of terms of sale.

I have contacted the TX Attorney Generals office and the Better Business Bureau to open an investigation. Even though they are registered to do business in TX, I repeatedly contacted the phone number provided on my credit card statement and it is a cell# which appeared to be forwarded overseas by the change in ring pattern.

I'm in NY, if anyone is in TX and has additional info, it would be helpful. I have the resources to take this far and I will.

PLEASE PASS THE WORD ON ABOUT THIS BOGUS RIP-OFF SCAM!
