I bought 3 products on June 08, 2006. They sent me an email where they said the pruduct will arrive in 5 to 7 days. On June 09 I sent an email saying that I whanted to cancel my order. No response and for almost 3 days i will send emails telling them to cancell my order. On June 12 they charged my account. I sent an other email. But still no response. Today is the 24 and have not resived any email or any response about my products. I have written more emails complaining about their service and also I have been calling the phone number that appears on my bank statement but it say the mail box is full, it has been like that for 4 day. I am very upset off all this I always buy things on the internet and this is the first time something like this happens to me. No not buy on that website.I am going to do something to get my money back.
