Nation Action Financial Services - Maureen York the company has been collecting money for a car that I found out that I own. as of 11/12/2008 I found out through the dmv in ca and through fairlane credit that the title I have is clear and has been clear since sept 2006. this company started calling me around Jan 2008 saying that they had my car note. I had just dismissed my bankruptcy in sept 2006. I did not question the process. unbeknownst to me i was not aware that the title that i had was free and clear. the title was sent to me for the registration on my car by fairlane credit, whom I called 11/12/2008. now i question nafs intentions after researching the nafs this rippoff site pops up. I would like to have the money that they stole from me returned. beware of this company they are rippoffs thank you rippoff report for making me aware before i make a big mistake.
