Complaint Review: Nation Wide Advertising - Coast To Coast Advertising

Someone called my office concerning advertising. I thought that it was a phone directory that I was already doing business with and needed to pay for the next book that was coming out. I told the individual that I was not going to purchase any new advertising. I was assured that it was advertising that I was already doing. I therefore gave credit card information to pay for what I thought was an ad that I was already running in a phone directory. I later noticed a credit card charge that I did not recognize. I tried to get it removed and later noticed another charge. I couldn't locate the company at first until I found it on the ripoff site. I called the company that tried to convince me I purchased ads on placemats at local restaurants. I checked with the restaurants in person and found that they have no such placemats in their operations. I cancelled my credit card number.
