Mr Johnson from National Action Financial Services called my brother 5 times in one night. Mr Johnson told my brother how much I owed the credit card company and said that my attorney dropped me as their client. Mr Johnson acknowledged that I had legal representation, but decided to repeatedly harrass my brother.

Your report alleges multiple violations of the FDCPA. Find yourself a lawyer who is versed in said law. If what you say can be substantiated, you shouldn't have much trouble finding an attorney willing to work on contingency (the FDCPA provides for attorney's fees).
