I just wish I would have read the rip off reports before advertising with this company. If you advertise with them stop payment on your credit card and dispute the charges.

A woman by the name Michelle VP of Marketing approached me in April 2009 and said they have a magazine called "Green" a publication promoting organic services and products. She informed me that is was going to be distributed at the local Whole Foods right down the street. I figured this would be good business since Whole Foods is areputable company and it is my target market. WRONG. I was told the publication will go out June 1, 2009.

Michelle was really pushing me to pay everything upfront. When I said no she said okay we will split it into 6 bi monthly payments. They charged me $200 deposit and charged my credit card immediately every month. Weird, originally she said they would charge bi monthly.

I decided to go to Whole Foods and see if the magazine is there. The magazine is no where to be found. The assistant marketing director of Whole Foods or manager has never even heard of the magazine. The Director of Marketing was not there that day so I called the next day. When I spoke to her, she said she received a number of complaints and has passed this information on to Whole Foods Legal Department. National Advertising Center was illegally using Whole Foods trademarked logo to lure businesses to advertise. I suggest contacting the company legal affairs, they use markets will good reputation to scam you to advertise.

When I found out this was a scam I called National Advertising Center and Tanya in charge of distribution said the magazine is now at Ralphs and CVS-oh yes read section D IN THE FINE PRINT- Publisher reserves the right to transfer any issues of publication to the nearest available distribution point in the event the above mention distribuition point closes. I would have never agreed to advertise if I knew it was distributed in another location other than the local Whole Foods

I immediately called my credit card company and stop payment, I am currently disputing the charges. I will definately join a class action suit if needed.
