Complaint Review: National Advertising Center / ROB MAHANES

The salesman - Rob Mahanes for this company basically LIED about what we would be receiving for our $1040.00. He told me the magazine was distributed to 30,000 Blockbusters customers through the mail quarterly. This is not the truth. A small number of these sit in the store and no one picks them up.

I've never received any response from my ad which has a $5 off $20 coupon. I normally receive a lot of response to this ad with other magazines.

Also, once I made a payment the company just started taking money from my account without authorization. I was originally told by Rob I would pay quarterly, that was a lie! Apparently I had to pay the first two payments in the same month as they just took it from my account. We're a small business and these people preyed on us like sharks!

NEVER NEVER NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!
