Complaint Review: National Advertsing Center NAC

NAC took my deposit and told me my ad would be at Bristol farms. Two weeks later i never received any email with my ad to proof. i called them several times with no response. i called bristol farms and was told they do not know anything about NAC. I assumed they went out of business. I finally got a response from NAC but not until i had my credit card company reverse the charges for my deposit.

Once they did return my calls NAC never tried to ask why i reversed the charges i was just told i have to pay for the rest of the ad whether the ad was approved or not. It was obvious to me that NAC was a scam. They never intended to honor our agreement or anyone's. Now i am being billed for an ad i never approved with blurry images stolen from my website. The fliers were sitting outside a CVS two cities over from my business. Not to mention that they weren't even in their own rack but thrown in a rental living display.

NAC is a scam, don't do it.
