National Affidavit Processing Service Keeps calling about 20 times per day, saying that I owe Union Bank Money, I have never done business with that bank or any of their affiliates. Miami Florida
A Sarah Jones calls my home and my cell phone from the National Affidavit Processing Service. Sarah can hardly speak English, states that I have a serious debt that I need to take care of and threatens me with legal prceedings. I have called the State Attorneys Office as this is a scam, I am filing charges, because I have never done business with Union Bank or any of their affiliates. If this is the way Union Bank or their affiliates treats people, then they should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Sarah, you need to take some English Classes and NAPS, watch out I am prosecuting you!

"If this is the way Union Bank or their affiliates treats people..."
Rest assured that Union Bank has nothing to do with these scammers. They are just using the name. There is no debt. The scammers make their money by scaring people with fictitious legal proceedings on fictitious debts.
