National Aid Group / Banks Processing Out $2600 They take your money and run Newport Beach California

National Aid Group, Michael Chase, and their processing department, Banks Processing, work together in helping deal with difficult lenders such as Wells Fargo, in trying to get your loan modified.

They really do assist in the beginning in dealing with the paperwork that the lenders require and dealing with the Loan Preservation staff. They make it appear as they  Are really doing a good job, right up until they receive all of the money you agreed to pay.

In our case it wAs $2600. Once all payments are received, you are no longer able to reach them. They will not return a phone call or an email. Everything goes to a ficticious customer service voicemail.

They have also sent the mortgage company falsified documents. Tend to make up their own numbers and submit what they think is right.

As of this date, I do not believe they are still around as the website has been down, no live person ever answers the phone and no response is ever received from emails.

I knew better than to hire an outside party to help with our modification but after dealing with Wells Fargo for more than a year and their contant losing, not receiving, not requesting documents over and over again we were so frustrated that we took a chance. One that cost $2600.
