I purchased a pre-paid car rental voucher for National/Alamo car rental in Nassau Bahamas. On arrival they falsely claimed they had no record of the rental. They had no cars available. They refused to reimburse the pre paid voucher or the cost of a car from another company. I presented them with the computer print out of the rental voucher. The owner of this franchise is a dishonest unscrupulous individual. I had to spend a tremendous amount of time finding another car and getting a refund from the central corporate office of National/Alamo. Use any other rent a car company in Nassau other than National/Alamo
