Complaint Review: National Alert Registry

I ordered one time access to National Alert Registry for $10.00 paid by credit card. They kept charging me $4.95 every month without contacting with me afterwards.

I reported to my credit card service as dispute for the $4.95.I even closed the credit card account. They still kept charging me.My credit card service told me National Alert Registry's phone number and I called them,but nobody answer the phone.

Their services are sex offender's information search.They claimed on their first page they have the detailed information of every registered sex offender.

As the matter of fact,after I used their service I found out they supplies no more information than another website does-www.meganslaw.ca.gov,whose service is free.
