This organization is excerising a very questionable business program. They sell seats to live and webinar-based classes to increase profession knowledge and gain additional industry designations. The issue is there is abosultely zero accountability, zero. Everything happens behind their closed doors and they refuse to explain, share or justify their decisions.

They hold the monoly on these programs, they are the only organization in the entire United States that teaches the programs. You must take 5 classes and pass the corresponding essay exams to gain their designations.

The fraud I am alleging is that there is no accountability for failing the test. The simply provide you with a letter stating that you have failed their exam. Your only option is to order an exam review which is conducted by the same individual that graded the essay exam the first time and simply tells you each area of the exam and whether you did excellant, good, insufficent or unsatisfactory. The tests are identified by a number, your name is no where on the test, so it is possible that it is not even your test.

They refuse to show me the test, even at one of their offices, with no notes, cameras etc allowed to even verify my handwriting!! Understand that these tests by their own desciption, which is given at every class and during my review discussions with them, are never the same. Each question is individually written based upon the class attended, every time a class is conducted it is a totally new test, so where is the foul in showing me a copy of my test and helping me understand what I answered incorrectly??

I failed, let's be clear about that. However I do not know whether I got 10% correct or 68% correct (70% is passing). A actual test review would help me to better understand the material I just was taught, however they are not interested in helping me to further learn and understand the material, they are just interested in having me pay another $430 plus expenses retake their course and exam and pray that this time I "pass".

Understand that between the course fees (5 courses total) and the annual required course and fee (no test required) to maintain my designation the total charges are over $17,000!!

The joke is on me, their motivation is selling seats, as many as possible at a very healthy cost of $430+ a seat. There is ZERO accountability and no check and balance. Why not share my results? At least let me review the exam with them to better understand the material they are teaching??

This is a monopoly that is very secretive with no good reason why, except that they would be happy to have us repurchase another course at full price and continue in the pursuit of "higher education"
