What's lower than taking advantage of someone who's struggling to find a way to pay for health care expenses? These people are truly scum. I don't often take the time to do things like this, but if my posting contributes to this 'company' getting their due, then it's totally worth the time. As so many others have reported, they take your $300+ to sign you/ pay for 1st month's premium, then you can't ever get someone to pick up the phone again (that is, the "customer service" line-- what a joke; just loops you around and around a canned message). I've wasted entirely too much time and energy trying to get them to send me a refund after I realized that it wasn't even insurance. I'm going to follow the advice of those who've posted here before me, and hopefully will get my money back. Will keep all posted. The older I get, the more I realize that what sounds too good to be true always is.
