Complaint Review: National Appliance Network

National Appliance Network NAN Failure to pay despite signed work orders. Boca Raton, Florida

I did 16 jobs, and 52 days later, I have no pay. I put over 3000 miles on my truck, and not a dime received. They consistantly claim they are having problems with their payroll system, and can't issue checks. The offices in Boca Raton, FL will answer and then tell you that they can't do anything. I filed a complaint with the FTC, and immediately all tickets were pulled from my queue.

How do I reach you? I can provide details on my experiences, names, dates, email addresses, etc... Perhaps this is the beginning of a class action, if we can find enough people that have been screwed by NAN.

Good luck getting  your money back! This company is disgusting! You do work for them and never get paid, and then when you callin about YOUR money, they hang up on you, get rude with you and just give you the run around. This is by far the worse company I have ever done work with. I've worked with them for a few months now and I've never gotten my check on time. I got one check which was suppose to be "sent out on the 15th", didnt receive it until the next month and of course it was NOT signed. Mistake? I think not! Then I call in and spoke with Mary about the problem and she was sooo apologetic about my dilema but in the end she did nothing about it. They hire and fire employees with the blink of an eye. I use to work directly with one young lady sometime ago and call back the next day and to my "suprise" she no longer works there. Well long story short my lawyer has already began the process of suing this company, and if there is anybody else looking to get their money reply to this ad and let me know. SOMETHING has to be done! I have also clled Samsung, who by the way has informed me they have received numerous calls of this and is in the process of firing this company. As well as the walmart store in my area, Frigidaire, and I'm tryng to get in contact with the warranty company new.
