Complaint Review: National Audit Defence Network

The recruiter told me that my problem would be an easy fix for them to take care of. Then after I paid them and my personal advisor got in contact with me. I was told they have nothing to do with that kind of problem.

Also when you receive your membership package. You get a membership card w/ 3 contact #s on the back. Customer care 1-877-469-3477 and the Audit Hotline 1-888-850-3573 no not even ring. An old trick of not hanging up a phone connected to that line so the line gos dead till the receiver is replaced for 5 min. And on the 3rd # Tax Hotline you get put on hold automatically for about 5 minutes.

Then get prompted to leave your name ID # and contact # and someone will get back to you. The only # I could find that works was on there web site. It is 1-888-292-9477

When I called to cancel I was told I have to fax in a statement saying so w/ a signature. The # given to Fax this into is 702 579-9825. I do not know yet what will become of this. But from the looks of the other reports on here, and the other phone #s. I would say it is another non-hooked up line, the fax feeds strait into the trash or its to a completely different company.
