*Consumer Suggestion: Not too late...

Have tried to obtain a refund in writing and verbally. The
company has not responded to any form of communication. They "stalled" to allow the 30 day refund to expire, only to relate they "could not help". There is supposed to be a year to cancel, but the company has not responded to that either.

Norma,

File in small claims court, they will never show and you will get your money back. Even if they do show the judge will not be lenient on them.

Want some real fun? Try to get on Judge Judy or Judge Brown's show. Not only will the scoundrels be made public but also you will get a free vacation.
