Complaint Review: NATIONAL AUDIT DEFENSE NETWORK

Hello, I was contacted by a sales person from the National Audit Defense Network (NADN) proclaiming to recheck my previous years taxes, give me free legal assistance, and help me buget my income and consolidate my debt.

This was suppose to take place for a 2 year elite program. This so called business charged my credit card $1,995.00. That was on August 22, 2002. I waited for a few weeks to hear from my suppost to be personal assistant. To the present date I have never heard another word from this company.

I have called them several times and spoken to a few client care employees. They did not do as i asked and give me a cancellation and refund. However, one of them did give me a bogus tracking number for some free materials i was suppose to have received. I can't believe the audacity of this company.

I then emailed them to get them to cancel my account. Only with replies stating they do not take email cancellations. So I proceeded to fax a letter 3 times stating my member number which is 794102, and why I expected a cancellation. They made false statements!
I to the date have never received my refund, cancellation or any satisfaction.

I have emailed them and they tell me that they have never received one of my faxes! I find that hard to believe ...unless they have given me a fake and fradulant fax number..Which when it comes to the NADN...it is very possible..I will do whatever I have to assisting in the persuit of this company.

I will get my refund and cancellation because I know my rights! I hated to hear that others had been plaqued by this business. However, I am releived to know that we are standing up for our rights and doing something about them.
