I am an employee of NADN. I work in the inbound call department as a dialer for the sales reps. I have seen many customers ripped off on purpose. Even after asking to be cancelled in the same day. thier credit cards would still be billed. The Idea is once we get the credit card payment, we should give the customer the run around until it is too late to cancel.

I know we bill credit cards more than once. The sales people are told to lie on the phone when customers call in from the radio promotions or we as dialers contact them from internet leads. customers are promised services they will never receive. They are also billed for services they didnt aprove.

The employees are also ripped off. The dialers bonus' are continualy shorted and also the sales reps are never paid all that is owed to them. I know this practice cant continue. I would like to see something done to correct this situation. Perhaps if someone looks into thier payroll practices, and blatent scams to rip off customers, It will be a better place to work.

If the company has not paid you properly you should call the Department of Labor (Wage and Payment Division) and report them. You will only have to fill out a simple form. If you know that they are stealing from consumers, how can you work for them and believe they would be honest with thier employees? Turn them in!!!
