Complaint Review: National Audit Defense Network

I was contacted by this company on the phone on or about the 1st of October 2002. I listened to their spiel and realized it was not something I wanted or needed. I told the caller this and he continued to insist I needed this company's assistance to get high dollar refunds from my taxes. I told him I was not interested. He continued to badger me and told me I could cancel at anytime at no cost to me. Then he said he needed a valid credit card number from me for the first month's payment.

At that point I got very upset and told the man if he had to have my credit card number our conversation was over because I do not give my credit card number to anyone over the phone. He abruptly said "ok" and hung up. I have continued to get calls from this company over the past two week. They need to be shut down. I know the incoming number, so I do not answer the phone but it is a hassle.
