National Audit Defense Network impossible refund policy Las Vegas Nevada
I have been a member for two years now and their performance has been satisfactory. In Ocotober 2002 they called selling a new offering, Mall for All, which is a service designed to take advantage of the 508 tax credit for Americans with Disabilities.
I asked for documentation on the offering. They specifically asked, "can I send you the documents?" I said yes, and the phone line went dead. Unknown to me the "documents" were contracts and they arrived 30 days later. In the meantime they debited my checking account!!
When I called to say I reviewed the documents and decided not to buy the service and was requesting a refund, I was told that the contracts are valid ten days after they are sent whether I sign them or not!!!! In addition they debited my account 18 days before the documents were even sent!!
The real problem now is getting a refund. You must send a letter via fax to a number that is always busy. I was told by one employee to save a fax confirmation sheet because their fax can only handle 5 faxes and even if I get a transformation "OK" from my fax NADN might not have actually received it!! Any suggestions?
