I've been a member for a little over 1 year now and have received little for my money than aggravation. Whenever I request something ( even just more info), I just get the run around from "customer service". Whenever THEY call (usually when I'm eating dinner even though they have asked and I have told them a better time to call me.) It is to sell me something else! Lately it is some kind of website hosting scheme. Last spring I wanted them to do my tax return (an extra cost service) and filled out an information request form on their website. I didn't hear from them until about 6 weeks after Apr. 15th and even then the person who called me didn't know what I had wanted!
When I told them they just said "oh well, better luck next year!" When someone called me recently to try to sell me on that wesite scheme again I told them about them not getting back to me about the return and the lady said "That's not possible, If you contacted us we would have gotten right back to you. YOU MUST BE MISTAKEN!" Then she reminded me that the return service was an extra cost service and implied that I probably had tried to get it for free!
