National Audit Defense Network - NADN Oryan Mangement mall for all ripoff, count me in on class action suit Las Vegas Nevada
Count me in as being taken by this scam! My wife and I have a total of 4 malls and have been taken to the tune of 14k. I have been able to pay off 2 of the notes and am working on clicking off the other two. Any help would be appreciated in clicking these off M08009 and M44321.
It is April 13 and I still can't get an answer as to when my taxes will be finished. In fact, I can't seem to get through to talk to anyone. After reading the other posts on this site I have decided to file my taxes myself and just forget the ADA credits as it seems that even if we take the credits, the IRS won't allow them. I also am not going to claim the 1099 misc I received from oryan management as the IRS has ruled this to be not a legitimate business, therefore the supposed income is illegitimate as well (this was explained better a few posts down).
I would like to know from others out there what they are doing as far as filing their taxes.

My malls are S32757 and M27288. I am in the same position with my taxes. I send my taxes in to NADN in early March and they still are not done. We talked to the them the other day about our taxes and they told us that they have to file an extention. I can't believe we payed them the money to do our taxes and they are suppose to have so many tax prepares and they still are not done.
