I called to recieve the free tax savings book and was convinced to purchase the plan after all it has a 30 day money back policy. Why not give it a try???

I decided to cancel and called, I was told to cancel in writing. A fax would suffice. I called several days later looking for my RMA number and was told they never recieved my cancellation fax. No problem, I faxed it about 6 more times and kept all transmission reports. I sent the letter next day and return reciept. So now I have proof that they recieved my letter. Still in time to comply with the 30 day cancellation clause. About a week later I get a call from Brad McLoud and he says he is sorry that I decided to cancel and I could still have my 2001 returns reviewed. He said if they found me some savings and he could work with the price of the program maybe I would sign back up.

I think this sounds great to me. He explained how to return the materials and that I would get my refund in 5-7 business days from the reciept of my materials. Well, to make a long story short they had my materials by 8/30 and I still have not seen any refund. I have called and called. One customer service rep said they mailed out the check about a month ago but my credit card company doesn't have it. I was told that Stephanie Brown would put a stop payment on it and overnight another check last week. Guess What? That's right! I still don't have it.

I have called over 2 dozen times and I never get anyone to answer me. I have left messages for managers to call and many in the general voice mail. This is of course after you wait on the line for 15 minutes. Not one person except Brad has returned any of my calls. At this point I am so frustrated that I can not believe one more word from this company. I have been due my refund for over a month. If they had returned it in a timely fashion I would never have gone through this much trouble.

I would urge all of you to file a complaint with the Nevada State Attorneys Office, the Federal Trade Commission and The Better Business Bureau. There are a few other companies you can complain to as well. The National Fraud Information Center is one. Maybe we should call the Las Vegas Police as well since they have stolen our money.

I recommended that you file a complaint with the Nevada States Attorney Office. That should be the Nevada State Attorney Generals Office. They have a web site. http://bcp.state.nv.us
