Jim Campanelli of NADN has rip me off. In 2002 I purchased a mallforall not for a tax shelter but for a business. It did not make any money so I updated the mall for another 3,000 dollars. I still did not make any profit. This is a ripoff and a tax shelter. I would like to get some of my money back and my debt to them resolved
