Complaint Review: National Audit Defense Network

I signed on for tax services with a company called Tax Ready and it was bought out by NADN. I was contacted about a month later by an individual trying to sign me up for some scam involving buying products off of the internet thru my own website. I became leary of the company and requested a full refund.

I was contacted by another tax ready rep and was offered 2 extra years of tax preparation if I stayed on as a customer, I agreed only because she said they would fax me a contract stating the new offer I was extended. The next thing I know, Tax Ready was bought out by NADN.

I have been trying to Speak to the person, and according to their reps is the only person who can help me,
for the past 3 months. This persons name is Larry Smith. I have left messages on Stephanie Morris's voicemail box for Westin Coolidge and Al Rodriguez multiple times.

I was contacted by Melissa Kizer, customer rep, and she told me I would be contacted by another person that could better assist me and still I am waiting. I paid $995.00 and I want my money back.
