Complaint Review: National Audit Defense Network

I have read all these reports and don't know what to think. Nadn has done my taxes for the past two years. They do charge ALOT but the person I have been assigned to has gone out of her way to help me. She has never been late in preparing my taxes. In fact, even when it is time for quarterly taxes, she will call me to remind me.I am not saying that this company hasn't ripped alot of people off,but there have been some that were helped. This is the last year that I will use them. One, because of these reports. Two, because the company is so far away and I need someone I can actually sit down with face to face. And third, they charge alot for their services. But I haven't had any really bad experiences with them. Mary Raleigh, North Carolina
