Since February I have been trying to get my $2995.00 refunded to me by NADN for information that I never recieved for a website thru orian management.

On April 24,2003, Jennifer called from NADN lft me a voicemail telling that it had been o.k.'d. I have lft numerous voicemails wanting to know where my refund was and all they tell me is that its in process. it is now 6/2/03.

I called them this morning talked to Shane and he told me the same thing. I told them that I wanted it out of process and in my bank account, because it didn't take them that long to take the money my account. he said that he didn't have any authority to go to management to make this request for me. I told him that every company that I work for there is a chain of command, but when I call NADN noone there has a clue of who can talk to. Thats when he gave me the fax number that he says goes to the Vice president of the company.

I have also called customer service and asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told that they don't take calls, or their unavailable. Tell me what kind of customer service supervisor doesn't take calls from an angry client. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
