National Auto Care NAC SCREWED, RIDICULOUS, MISLEADING Westville, Ohio
I purchased an extended warranty for my Range Rover. I love my car, but know that repairs can be expensive. I sucked up the almost $4000 cost thinking it would be well worth the money should something go wrong on the car.
Nothing seems to be covered. Transmission sleeve, NOPE. Software, NOPE. Now my issue today. My starter went out. Land Rover starter $497. NAC says there's some clause in my warranty that allows them to substitute for aftermarket parts. NAC finds one at autozone.com that costs $106+$35 core fee (recycle fee). Fine, order it and ship it to the dealer. NO, I have to pay for it, drive to Autozone in 3 days to pick up the special order, drive the part to the dealership, hopefully this aftermarket product works, then take the corrupt part back to Autozone.
All the while, they will pay for 1 day of my rental car.
SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! Their customer service provides anything but SERVICE!
